Security guard must complete mandatory courses within thirty (30) days from the day the guard's registration card is issued or the day the guard begins employment. This course covers Public Relations (Community & Customer) 4 hours, Observation & Documentation 4 hours, Communication and its Significance 4 hours, Liability / Legal Aspects 4 hours.
